Pasta & Noodles from Around the World

By

We celebrate the food we make because it brings us all together. One of the values that expresses our Foodmaker’s Pride here at Field Roast is the family style meal. When we gather together at Field Roast in the community room, we often eat “family style” served from the same big dishes. We think this makes a subtle yet important difference in the way we share and gather around food. A big platter of pasta is right at home in this way of serving food, so we encourage you to join us!

This month, we are eating our way around the world with noodle dishes. From Italian Pasta to Japanese Udon and Soba, or phở from Vietnam we celebrate all the world’s cultures have to offer us by highlighting noodles and pasta this month. We have scoured our recipe archives and the internet to find great ways to create classic and new pasta dishes with Field Roast grain meats and Chao Slices. Enjoy!

A vegan, I do all my food shopping at Sprouts ... with one exception: I go to my nearest Safeway ONLY because it carries your "Chao" slices. They are so much better, in taste and texture, than all the vegan cheeses I've tried, that there's hardly comparison. Would you consider partnering with Sprouts, so that I might save on gas?! Thanks!

Absolutely! Our goal is to be available for everyone and our sales team is always pitching groceries. We actually already partner with Sprouts on our sausages, but stores make the decision on what they stock and most order based on demand. If you'd like to see our Chao Slices in Sprouts, please ask them directly to order it - we appreciate your support!

I have searched high and low for anything vegan that tastes like real cheese. FINALLY!!! I found CHAO at a local health food market here in Charlotte NC. I love it! My favorite is the original flavored slices. The only problem is the store is always running out of the cheese and they never know when they will be receiving the next shipment. I am going to search for more stores in Charlotte that might be carrying your product. Anyway, keep up the good work!! Thank you.....
