Chao & Vegan Bolognese Lasagna

This incredible vegan lasagna is simply the best. We shredded our Chao Slices on a standard grater, and viola! Don’t skip the fresh sauce on this one.

Ingredients

1 jar Cucina Fresca Vegan Bolognese (or your favorite local marinara combined with Field Roast crumbled Meatloaf or Sausages)

1 package Chao Slices, grated

16 oz (vegan) ricotta

4 (vegan) lasagna sheets (or 6-8 'strips')

Fresh Italian parsley, as garnish

Pre-heat oven to 350. Prep baking dish with no-stick spray. Layer and repeat:
Bolognese, lasagna sheets (pre-cook if using dry pasta), ricotta, grated Chao. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Carefully uncover and bake until Chao is bubbling and brown on top (10-15 min.). Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
