FieldBurger with Beer Battered Avocados & Garlic Sriracha Mayo

My quest for a tasty, juicy veggie burger has finally ended.  The new Field Roast Burgers are the answer to all of life’s problems.  Grilled to perfection and then paired with crispy and creamy beer battered avocado then topped with a spicy, garlicky mayo for a burger you will never forget.  -Cooks in the Field Grill Master Adam Rosen

Ingredients

4 FieldBurgers
2 Avocados, halved and then each half cut in horizontal thirds
1 cup Lager (I used Red Stripe)
1 cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp Paprika
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
¼ cup Sriracha hot sauce
¼ cup Vegan mayo
4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
4 oz Spinach
4 Whole wheat buns

Preparations

In a large bowl, mix beer, flour, paprika and salt and let sit for a few minutes

Meanwhile, sautee the garlic, mixing in the sriracha and mayo

Grill the Field Roast Burgers to your liking, about 3-5 minutes on each side is best

Dredge the avocado slices in the beer batter. Place the covered avocados into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Assemble the burgers by spreading a generous layer of the Garlic Sriracha Mayo on a toasted bun. Top with the grilled burger, spinach and finally the Beer Battered Avocados.
