Vegan mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing
Field Roast Smoked Tomato Deli Slices
Vegan Swiss cheese
Spread 2 slices of rye bread lightly with vegan mayo or thousand island dressing. Top with slices of Smoked Tomato Deli Slices (optional: sauté or grill slices in a little oil) then add a slice of vegan Swiss cheese. Put sandwich together and lightly grill on each side until cheese is melted and both sides are crisp and browned.
