Chao & Vegan Bolognese Lasagna

This incredible vegan lasagna is simply the best. We shredded our Chao Slices on a standard grater, and viola! Don’t skip the fresh sauce on this one.

Ingredients

1 jar Cucina Fresca Vegan Bolognese (or your favorite local marinara combined with Field Roast crumbled Meatloaf or Sausages)

1 package Chao Slices, grated

16 oz (vegan) ricotta

4 (vegan) lasagna sheets (or 6-8 'strips')

Fresh Italian parsley, as garnish

Pre-heat oven to 350. Prep baking dish with no-stick spray. Layer and repeat:
Bolognese, lasagna sheets (pre-cook if using dry pasta), ricotta, grated Chao. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Carefully uncover and bake until Chao is bubbling and brown on top (10-15 min.). Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.

Hi, I noticed that some of your products say "vegan" but they have "sugar" in them. What kind are you using? Is it organic? If so, why isn't it labeled as organic or vegan sugar? Thanks
