4 Field Roast Mexican Chipotle Sausages, cut into 5 pieces on the bias
1 Green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Sweet onion, cut into 1 inch dice
1 batch or jar Mole sauce
Oil, for grilling
Preheat and oil grill. Smother sausage pieces in mole sauce. Assemble skewers alternating onion, sausage and bell pepper. Once everything is prepped, grill skewers on all sides until vegetables are cooked to your liking and grill marks appear. Remove to plate and serve warm with additional mole sauce if desired.
