For these succulent skewers we used the Italian Sausage, cut on the bias…alternated with sweet red pepper and zucchini.
4 Field Roast Italian Sausages, cut into 5 pieces on the bias
1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch slices
Oil, for grilling
Preheat and oil grill. Assemble skewers alternating bell pepper, sausage and zucchini. Grill skewers on all sides until vegetables are cooked to your liking and grill marks appear. Remove to plate and serve warm.
