Smoked Apple Sage Sausage is paired on the skewer with mushrooms, and fresh kale! Simple and delicious.
4 Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausages, cut into 5 pieces on the bias
1/2 bunch Kale, torn into long bite-size pieces
8 oz. Mushrooms, left whole if small or cut into bite-size pieces
Oil, for grilling
Preheat and oil grill. Assemble skewers alternating sausage, mushrooms and kale. Grill skewers on all sides until vegetables are cooked to your liking and grill marks appear. Remove to plate and serve warm.
