Umami Cheeseboard with Creamy Original Chao and Truffle Honey Jam

Putting together an impressive party cheeseboard for sharing is easy with Chao Plant-Based Creamy Original Blocks. For a different flavor, try serving with a truffle jam for great umami taste. For larger crowds, try adding olives and pickles, sliced apple and pear, dark chocolate and Majool dates.
Ingredients
Fresh Truffle Honey Jam
¼ cup vegan honey
1 tbsp. truffle oil
½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cracked black pepper
3 Creamy Original Chao Block blocks
Assorted crackers, baguette, crostini or breadsticks
Bowls of olives and pickles
Sliced apple and pear, dark chocolate and Medjool dates
Preparations
To make the truffle honey jam, in a small bowl, stir together the vegan honey, truffle oil, finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme and a pinch salt and cracked black pepper.
Pick a large wooden cutting board to hold the cheeseboard. Lay out small plates, napkins and little knives for guests to help themselves. Slice Chao Creamy Original Blocks into slices for crackers or small cubes for snacking. Lay out crostini, toasted baguette slices, or any of your favorite crackers. Add a bowl of olives and pickles, almonds, some sliced apple and pear, dark chocolate and Medjool dates. Serve the fresh truffle honey in a glass jar with a spoon for guests to intensify the umami flavor of their cracker stacks.
