Rules and Regulations
Entry Period: The giveaway begins May 1 at 12:00 AM ET and ends May 8 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Thuja and Maple Leaf Foods Inc., or its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Entries and Odds of Winning: Each eligible comment constitutes one (1) entry. Bonus entries will be added to the entrant’s total entry count as described above. Limit one (1) Instagram account per person. Use of multiple accounts may result in disqualification. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes: Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) limited-edition Field Roast x Thuja Burrow Hoodie (color/flavor pairing at Sponsor’s discretion unless otherwise indicated). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $220. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, with bonus entries weighted accordingly. Total ARV of all prizes is $880. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within one (1) week of the contest closing. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Limit one (1) prize per person. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitutions, or transfers are permitted except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning and is not required to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Internet access and a public Instagram account are required to enter. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary to receive bonus entries. As an alternative to submitting proof of purchase, entrants may receive bonus entries by sending an email to press@greenleaffoods.com with the subject line “Field Roast Bonus Entry,” including their full name and Instagram handle. Each valid email submission will receive ten (10) bonus entries (equivalent to receipt submission) and twenty (20) bonus entries (equivalent to hoodie purchase submission). Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per day during the Entry Period. AMOE entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
Privacy: Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely to administer the contest, select winners, and fulfill prizes. It will be treated in accordance with the Maple Leaf Foods Privacy Policy.
License and Release: By submitting any content (including receipts, images or messages), entrants represent and warrant that they own or have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party rights. By entering, Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, Instagram handle and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
