Italian Sausage

Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use fresh vegetables: eggplant, sweet peppers, onions and garlic. Add some liquid: rich red wine. And finally, mix in the seasonings: fennel seed, fresh garlic and voilĂ : an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture and personality.
