Chicago – Too Chi Chi Sliders

Make it feel like game day all year long with these Chicago-inspired mini dogs that may look small but pack big, bold flavor. Topped with yellow mustard, relish, and celery salt, they’ve got classic ballpark taste, served up in an unexpected, unique way.
2 Signature Stadium Dogs
2 Soft Dinner Rolls
2 tbsp melted Vegan butter
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 Cornichons sliced in half lengthwise
4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 tbsp Relish
4 Sport Peppers
1tsp Celery Salt
1 tbsp safflower oil
Brush the melted butter over the top of the rolls, then sprinkle evenly with poppyseeds. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and the hot dogs. Cook for 4-5 mins turning regulary until heated throughout. Remove the dogs from the pan, and cut each in half at the mid-point of the dog.
Slide the four rolls across the top of each, being careful not to slice them all the way through. Put a dog in each bun, and top with the remaining toppings, finishing with the celery salt.
