In a small bowl, combine ketchup and siracha and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat add the Safflower oil and the Stadium Dogs. Cook for 3-4 mins turning regularly, until heated throughout. Remove dogs from heat and transfer to buns. Top each with the Chili Mac ’n Chao, and siracha ketchup mixture.
