Our founder, Chef David Lee, will be cooking up a special never before made Hazelnut Encrusted stuffed Field Roast, along with all the fixings! This remarkable vegan Meatless Monday meal will be happening at the great local Judkins St. Café, in the central area of Seattle. David will be assisted by Chef Stephen Holtz for the evening. This scrumptious dinner will be benefiting the Humane Society. Please come by on Monday, October 1st at 6pm and enjoy some vegan food with the Field Roast folks.
